The important thing is that you know that he can wake up somewhat disoriented, because he does not know what is happening at that moment.

5. Pay attention to obstacles on the way

Avoid leaving shoes or any object that could cause a fall that causes serious injury.

6. Don’t be afraid

The episodes tend to happen sporadically, it is not something that happens every day. Do not develop fear of the attitudes that someone who is asleep may take.

7. It is normal that the next day I do not remember anything

Just as if our memory were erased, when we wake up, we are not able to remember anything at all. At times, I find that I have been sleepwalking just because of a severe headache that afflicts me the next day.

8. See a specialist

Sleepwalking is often caused by extreme stress situations, hereditary predisposition or unresolved internal conflicts. For this reason, if they perceive that the situation has become serious, it is better to consult a specialist to find out where the causes of sleepwalking come from.
