Unfortunately, some of them are very expensive, so I have decided to use home remedies and easy tips that are usually very effective, so I share them here.
1. Mayonnaise mix
To restore shine and softness to the hair, as well as to prevent dandruff and frequent hair loss, mayonnaise is of great help. You just have to mix it with olive oil, vitamin E capsules, and castor oil. Apply it to your hair, leaving it to act for about 20 minutes, then bathe and go. I recommend repeating once a week.
2. Baking soda
This is an extremely economical product and has many benefits for the hair, since it eliminates unpleasant odors, removes excess oil, brightens and cleanses, as well as helping to keep hair fresher. You just have to sprinkle a little baking soda in the shampoo you use and that’s it.
Remember that when choosing which is the best for you, you should know what type of hair you have. It might be oily, normal, dry, mixed, fine or thick. Choose the one that is closest to your needs.
3. Avocado mask
Do not forget to buy avocados, since among its great benefits are leaving your hair silky, hydrated and radiant, in addition to repairing damaged hair, since it contains vitamin E and proteins. It is ideal for dry, colored and damaged hair. You just have to put it in a bowl, puree it and add two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix perfectly and apply to damp hair giving light massages to stimulate circulation and the absorption of the ingredients. Leave on for 30 minutes and then rinse. Do this treatment once a week.
4. Banana and honey mask
Most of us usually have bananas and honey at home, this being a mixture that will help your hair regain its volume and shine, in addition to repairing the damage caused by the use of chemical products. It is ideal for thoroughly moisturizing and nourishing.
You only need a banana, a tablespoon of honey, half a cup of milk and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix in a blender until you obtain a creamy paste and then apply to dry hair, massage so that the treatment and its nutrients penetrate the hair and leave it to act for 30 minutes. Then wash as usual and repeat the application once a week.
5. Egg-based treatment
Restores shine and softness in addition to hydrating hair. It also helps it grow faster due to the high protein content in the white. There are many ways to make this mask, here I share some.
With mustard: just add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of powdered mustard, and hot water. First mix the mustard in the water until you get a paste, add the egg and oil and beat them. Apply only to the scalp and not along the hair, let it sit for about three minutes and remove with water and shampoo.
With glycerin: Mix 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of glycerin, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Apply it on dry hair and wrap it with plastic, let it act for 30 minutes and wash. Repeat once a week.
